The Macalester College Religious Studies Department invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Islamic Studies (tenure-track) to begin Fall 2020. A PhD is required by time of appointment. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a broad range of courses in classical and modern Islam and in the study of religion more broadly (i.e. Introduction to Religious Studies).
