Call for Papers: Africa and the Middle East in an Era of Global Fragility

The Second Biennial Conference on Law and Society in Africa on April 1-3, 2019, organized by the American University in Cairo’s Law and Society Research Unit, will focus on the theme, “Africa and the Middle East in an Era of Global Fragility.” Topics include: institutions of law, migration and refugees, criminal justice reform, combating sexual and gender based violence, and traditional bodies of law/alternative forms of justice.
