Scholarship: Islamic Scholarship Fund CAMBA Law Scholarship 2023

ISF CAMBA LAW SCHOLARSHIP 2023 CAMBA is proud to sponsor the 2023 Islamic Scholarship Fund (ISF) CAMBA Law Scholarship. Since 2009, ISF has funded American Muslims studying and working in fields with the greatest impact on public opinion and public policy: law, media/journalism, film, and policy/government. Their goal is to improve negative portrayals of Muslims in media, increase the number of Muslim policymakers, and help create positive and engaging stories about Muslim Americans. ISF recently awarded the 2022 Law Scholarship to 18 rising law students, including DC’s very own Razi Hashmi and Abrar Omeish. They join the ranks of other accomplished alumni like Leila Ikram, who was sworn in as Arizona’s first Muslim judge, and Omar Shakir, the Israel & Palestine Director at Human Rights Watch.
