The Program in Islamic Law at Harvard Law School is pleased to announce that it is hosting a book talk by Dr. Elias Saba (Senior Lecturer at Grinnell College) titled “Harmonizing Similarities: A History of Distinctions Literature in Islamic Law.” The talk will focus on Saba’s book with the same title.
The event, which will be joined by Professor Ahmad A. Ahmad (University of California, Santa Barbara) as discussant, will take place on November 17, 2020 at 12:00 – 1:00 PM.
