  • Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Malaysia, Ahmad Amzad Hashim, announced that about 30% of Malaysians will not be vaccinated, as herd immunity will protect them.
  • Morocco’s Minister of Religious Affairs, Ahmed Toufiq, announced that the reopening of many of the country’s mosques would depend on the upcoming vaccination campaign.
