  • The Taliban have arrested around 200 people suspected of engaging in witchcraft and sorcery, which the Taliban have stated “violate Islamic law by using amulets and spells that claim to cure impotency and diseases.”

  • The owner of a halal restaurant in Milwaukee recently stated to the press: “I try to educate our customers about halal meat—what makes it different, how the animal was raised and treated, the way it was killed[.]”
