- In “Policy of Islamic Family Law in Textual and Historical Approach” (KnowledgeE: 1st Raden Intan International Conference on Sharia and Law (1st RIICSHAW) January 11, 2024), Muhammad Jayus (Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung, Indonesia) and others argue that “[t]he policy of family law in Indonesia is based on principles stipulated in the Civil Code (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata or KUHPerdata) and several other laws that regulate marriage, divorce, children’s rights, and joint property in marriage.”
- In “Sustainability of Natural Resources in Islamic Jurisprudence” (International Journal of Religion 5, no. 2 (2024)), Mohammd Ali G. Zuraib (Najran University, Najran, Saudi Arabia) argues that Islamic law “emphasizes environmental care and offers guidance on preserving it for the benefit of present and future generations.”

- In “An Empirical Study of Islamic Law on the Causes of Immoral Crimes Among Adolescents” (Jurisprudensi: Jurnal Ilmu Syariah, Perundang-Undangan dan Ekonomi Islam 16, no. 1 (2024)) Taufik Hidayat (STAI Aceh Tamiang, Tamiang, Aceh, Indonesia) and others “conclude[] that the causes of immoral acts are multifactorial and interrelated. Low education and difficult economic conditions are significant factors, exacerbated by an unsupportive environment and easy access to alcohol and unfiltered technology.”
