  • In “Implementation of Salam Contracts in the Sharia Principles Framework: Surveys and Prospects in the Field” (Demak Universal Journal of Islam and Sharia 2, no. 2 (2024)) Valijon Ghafurjonovich Macsudov (Tashkent Medical Academy, Tashkent, Uzbekistan) and others conclude, based on a study involving multiple surveys and interviews, that “[t]he prospect of implementing the contract of greetings [salam contracts] in financial and trade transactions promises more inclusive and sustainable economic sustainability under Sharia principles.”
