  • In “The Supreme Court Considers the Algorithm” (The Atlantic, February 1, 2023), Kaitlyn Tiffany (The Atlantic) considers the implications of the Supreme Court taking up Gonzales v. Google and a number of other cases revolving around the interpretation of Section 230, which generally provides immunity to platform providers for the content of third persons.
