- In “Harmonizing Islam and Human Rights Through the Reconstruction of Classical Islamic Tradition” (Samarah 7, no. 1 (2023)), Tamyiz Mukharrom and Supriyanto Abdi argue that “philosophically harmonization between Islam and human rights is quite possible to be carried out through the reconstruction of classical Islamic traditions, so that a dialectic occurs that builds and complements one another in the future.”
- In “Psychological Stability from The Perspective of Islamic Law” (Lebanese French University Journal 8, no. 1 (2023)), Shanaz Hazal Rasoul (Koya University, Iraq) and others explore the relationship between psychological stability and the proper application and following of Islamic law rules.
On Islam and Data Science
- In “About Scholarly Works in the Field of Islamic Economic Law: A Visualization of Related Topics” (Umma University Publications, 2023), Ahmad Abbas and Manswab Mahsen Abdulrahman survey articles published online between 1992 and 2021 that relate to Islamic economic law, finding a total of 169 articles and 645 citations, as well as an increasing interest in the field over the years.
